Long Covid - For many, the fight continues.

Today I was interviewed on BBC Radio Berkshire by Phil Kennedy about my seemingly interminable battle with Long Covid, my eventual “recovery” and the subsequent attempt to ski the 2,700km length of Norway.

My interview, which can be listened to via the internet or on the BBC Sounds App (my bit is at around 3hrs 5 mins), followed on from the sad news that the Olympic rower Oonagh Cousins - @oonagh_cousins - had been compelled to retire due to her ongoing fight with the dreaded Long Covid.

Everyone wants to forget the Covid years, but please remember that many who continue to suffer with Long Covid cannot.
